SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Quick quotes are based around either an operator making a quick guestimate based on information provided over the phone, google maps or a street view assessment. These quotes may not be 100% accurate and a further quote would be offered before clean commences by the cleaners who attend your job, should the original quote be void. All quotes are exclusive of GST unless stated. All quotes are for glass (window) cleaning, gutter cleaning or solar panel cleaning unless stated otherwise. We can offer a per cleaner / per hour quote (minimum one hour) for most works however, a fixed quote or per hour quote would need to be selected & accepted before any work commences.
BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE
The customer, via making a booking with Brisbane Window & Solar Panel Cleaning for any of it’s services accepts the Terms & Conditions.
If we are cleaning the internal windows, when possible, please ensure that easy access to internal windows is provided, ahead of arrival, to avoid any additional fees incurred whilst the Window Cleaner waits for items to be moved or moves on your behalf. Please note we are not liable for any damage to items caused from accessing blockages to windows, solar panels or gutters. Please ensure all windows and doors are in a closed position.
TIME OF ARRIVAL
Due to the nature of our business it is very hard to be accurate in relation to which time your Window Cleaner will arrive. This is due to our cleaners being at the mercy of things like, being unable to accurately forecast how long the job before yours may take, traffic and dependence on equipment. As such, we offer a window of time your window cleaner may arrive and this is normally in 3 or 4 hour blocks. Therefore we will provide a estimated arrival time (ETA) of either 06:00-09:00, 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-15:00. This estimated time should not be used to determine how long your job may take. Should you be booked in for your gutters, solar panels or just the outside of your windows cleaned, we are happy to clean without your presence.
After each and every time we clean your windows, you will receive an automated email or SMS confirming the work has been completed. This notification will also advise upon the next clean date. Please ensure we have the correct details for the notifications.
We accept cash and credit card only for all residential cleans, payable on the day of the clean. Alternatively we will be happy to supply an invoice post cleaning. Please remember all quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. Please note that any unpaid invoices unpaid after the stated payment date may be subject to overdue fees. Our standard terms are 24 hours after invoice sent.
FLYSCREENS & SECURITY SCREENS & BLINDS
When booking with Brisbane Window & Solar Panel Cleaning, the operator would have asked and recorded as to if you have fly screens that are removable and if so do you require them to be cleaned. Should when we arrive, the fly screens and / or security screens not be removable and / or causing a window to not be cleaned, this will still be chargeable. Note: Brisbane Window & Solar Panel cleaning do not accept liability for aged, ill fitting screens OR BLINDS becoming damaged whilst removal. Should you have any concerns, please remove blinds before work commences.
As we clean windows in almost any weather provided it is safe to do so, cancellation or postponement due to weather may not be accepted.
WINDOW SCRAPING / TREATMENT / BUILDERS CLEANS
External debris such as Paint, varnish, lime scale, mastic, cement mortar, glue, labels, or other building products cannot be removed by pure water alone. This can be arranged, subject to survey and access, at a separate cost. We provide standard window cleaning and as such our pricing model does not factor (unless otherwise noted) for any paint scraping, stain or oxidation removal or any other issue. Please not that due to the nature of removing these types of debris normally what we term as ‘Builders Cleans’ we can not guarantee that it is so ingrained into the glass that removal may cause a slight scratch. All due care will be taken to avoid this however Brisbane Window & Solar Panel Cleaning can not be liable for any marks left post cleaning.
WINDOW TRACKS CLEANING
Our window tracks cleaning service is a basic service which involves the general removal of as much dirt as possible via using a portable vacuum, brush or a microfiber wipe. This method removes most dirt build up however does not include the scrubbing or deep dirt removal of the tracks. Should you require the tracks to be completely free of all dirt, this would significantly add to the overall quote. Note: should you have selected an external only clean, window tracks are not included as we would need internal access. Please discuss with one of our friendly team.
Please note general window cleaning refers to the actual cleaning of the window glass and does not include the cleaning of frames and sills nor surrounds. Should you wish this service we can accommodate however this will be at an increased price.
GUTTER CLEANING & GUTTER GUARDS
We may use a commercial strength gutter vacuum operated from the ground but reaching over 3 levels ,blower vacs or if the situation calls for it, the good old fashioned manual method. Therefore if you have gutter guard around your gutters, some methods may not be the best, Removing gutter guard ahead of cleaning can be arranged however this will add significantly to the overall quote. Please discuss with one of our friendly team. Gutter clearance is restricted to just the gutters themselves and does not include the cleaning, removal, repair or replacement of any part of the roof, gutter or the gutter downpipes. Brisbane Window and Solar Panel cleaning can not accept any liability for leaks and overflows that may arise after the gutter clean.
Please note, whilst we take every step to ensure that no debris from the cleaning of the gutters is left behind, from time to time there may be some debris we could not clear left behind at your property. Roof valleys are included in all gutter cleans except for the $145 special offer. Gutter cleaning refers only to the gutters themselves and excludes roofs and channels.
48 HOUR ASSURANCE
Any issues or concerns with your clean must be reported to Brisbane Window & Solar Panel Cleaning no later than 48 hours after the time of cleaning. Due to the nature of solar panel, window and gutter cleaning, all complaints post 48 hours will not be considered.
Whilst we take every care when cleaning internal windows we can not accept liability for any damage to internal surroundings whilst cleaning the internals of windows.

Roughly 20 medium sized window frames and 3 glass doors. 3 levels and under. Louvers & flyscreen removal / re-attachment not included. Additional windows & services may be requested, at additional cost by agreement. Offer applies to residential customers only within a 10KM radius of 4000 unless by prior agreement. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Arrival time between 07:00 and 15:30.

Solar Panels Only – Based on 20 solar panels, 2 levels and under. Additional services may be requested, at additional cost by agreement. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers. Offer applies to residential customers only within a 10KM radius of 4000 unless by prior agreement. Arrival time between 07:00 and 15:30.
$145 GUTTER CLEAN OFFER
Gutter Cleaning Only does not include valleys, downpipes nor roof itself– Based on the average sized home of 1 living room, dining room, entrance, kitchen, laundry & 3 bedrooms. 2 levels and under. Excludes removal / reattachment of gutter guard. TOTAL GUTTER LENGTH BETWEEN 34 AND 38 METER. TOTAL HEIGHT MAX 14 METERS: Additional services may be requested, at additional cost by agreement. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers. Offer applies to residential customers only within a 10KM radius of 4000 unless by prior agreement. Average time of clean: 45 mins. We reserve the right to either make a surcharge or revoke offer in the case of exceptionally dirty gutters that would take longer than 60 mins to clean. Arrival time between 07:00 and 15:30.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that from time to time things happen which may result in you having to reschedule or cancel a clean. We will do our very best to accommodate you in every way we can, all we ask is that you give us at least 48 HOURS NOTICE BY TELEPHONE ONLY. Please understand that time is money and if you do not give us notice, our cleaners waste precious hours travelling to your location unnecessarily when they could be working at another job. If you neglect to give us 24 hours notice we will have no choice but to apply a non-cancellation fee of $100 (inc GST). This fee will also be applied if our franchisees are booked for a job and are unable to access your home at the booked time. We will, however endeavour to contact you and allow 15 minutes leeway in case you are running late.
